Can I sign my Mother out of rehab as her legal guardian?

My mother was sent to a rehab after she had fallen but I won't her back at her original nursing home does a dr. have to sign her out for her.

You can transfer her. The doctor will probably have to sign a new script. Get all your ducks in a row with the other nursing home, find out what they need from you before the transfer, and ask them to walk you thru the process.
