What do I need to do about paying Mom's hospital bills?
My mother was in NH for two months and she will be approved by Medicaid May 29th!

Once she is approved, you hand over her SS check and pension check to the Nursing Home. There is nothing left to pay other bills or any upkeep of her house if she has one. It all goes to the Nursing Home, see their finance person.
