How can I become a caregiver in Arizona state?

I currently live in Washington state, and am a licensed/paid caregive for my father. We might be moving to the Mesa area. How would I going about making this transition?

You contact an agency in Mesa and ask them if they would continue your services. Bear in mind that father will have to reapply for Medicaid in the new state. Arizona may have substantially different rules than Washington.
