Neighbor (law breakers and lease breakers). Since 2012 I have filed police reports-4-5 amount-then stopped-because cops became beligerant hostile towards me.I am 100% disabled-mentally but have fought back and have recovered.I am perfectly sane and have physical evedince of a B&Entering among other things.very stressful knowing no one especially the authorities offering no help-thanks Bill P.

It is a neighbor, also in the ALF, that is harassing you?
If so, what is the attitude of the ALF staff about these happenings?
