What does science do with the body after they use the parts needed?

It's usually returned to the family to do with as they like.

It all depends on how the donation was written as to what should be done with the body afterwards. After the donation is finished, the body is either buried or cremated by the family no differently than if there was no donation. Some institutions will pay for the final wishes.
