My sister (72) has sociopath symptoms (not new) abusive, evicted, wants rescued always, diabetic, obese?
My sister is homeless in Ontario Oregon. She is obese, incontinent, has been evicted from every facility she has been in. She is living in a motel with no way to pay for more time. Is there any place that will take someone with these problems?

I doubt it since she's still considered a competent adult. She could contact her local mental health services, but I don't know what they could do. Sounds like she needs to find a homeless shelter for women which tend to be hard to find.
