How do you handle inconvenience care during the night?

My dad goes to bed at 8pm ..up at 11:00 wet, up again at 2:00am wet and then up at 7am completely soaked ...clothes and bedding! We use two depends and two night time insert pads and he wets through all! We tried the condom catheter but he takes it off and then everything is wet! When he is up at night he never remembers anything and doesn't know whats going on when we are changing him. He gets up on his own to tell us he is cold...but really he is just wet!
