Can I stay home and paid to help Mom?

My Mom's (72)and has many medical problems with impaired vision and she lives with me. I have to go to work and even night shift
my question if I can take care of my mother and paid for that so I can stay home with her and pay my bills

NO don't ever do that. You will feel like a trapped rat and she will demand every moment of your time. OH MY look at some posts with similar questions.
You are better off to go to work and get aides to look after her.
