Will Medicaid or Medicare pay for glasses? Or is there a special program to help pay for them?
My mom has Thyroid Eye Disease and has had 9 eye surgeries. While in Denver the glass's were paid for . Now in a small town and went to have eye's checked and we are told they won't be paid for.
Medicaid pays for glasses, at least in some states. As Pam says, not all medical practices accept Medicaid. How inconvenient would it be to get them in Denver? Or would it just be more hassle than it is worth?
