What is the difference in a POA and guardianship?

I have been caregiver for my Mom for 10 years and assisted her for 30+years.. I want to see if I need guardianship also? I have provided for all her care since 2004 medical and other. I have two siblings who visit only limited. One sister, local: and a brother out of state. My mother appointed me her P.O.A. 7 years ago. What do I need to do to keep them from calling and coming around and upsetting her? I have asked them to come visit and also when she has been critical, they do not come.
They accuse me of putting her on RXs, and putting her in the hospital.. I have proof of all medical records and that I am and have given her good quality care.

Do they want to step in and be her caregiver?
