My mother outlived her 69yo daughter that was caring for her. It sounds like the same thing could happen to you, if you don't get your mom into a care facility.

She should be paying you from her SS check. If she can bathe, dress and eat independently she could move to Assisted Living. That would give you time to earn some money for yourself.
