Anne, Call your county health dept or senior center. They can tell you where SHIP counselors are. SHIP is Senior Health Insurance Program. I'm a SHIP counselor here in central Illinois. These people, starting Oct 15th thru Dec 7th can assist you in navigation of the Medicare site. They can print out several plans in Part D for you to compare. They can even enroll you in the best plan for you. Call for an appointment. Bring your red, white and blue Medicare card and a list of your meds with the dosage. SHIP counselors are all over the country. Good luck!
Actually the NH should have some info. I went to q1medicare and clicked on my county. Ft Myers is Lee County and remember to search 2015 plans and not 2014. Open enrollment starts 11/15/14 but you can search now.
