My Mom lives in Chilliwack, B.C. Where can she get help for dentures?

Hi... Doesn't the Canadian government handle these things? I believe you have to go through her doctor first. I'm in the states, but my cousin lives in Chilliwack, B.C. and he helped his mother through her doctor(s). Maybe, someone else in Canada can shed more information here on this site.
