I am POA, How do I legally get my Mom out of my house?
Been caring for my mom alone for 5 1/2 years alone and am burned out and am no longer willing to do it but she is refusing to go willingly to assisted living.,. She is 74 and mobile with a walker.,,,
Call Adult Social Services. Tell them you can no longer care for her, and she refuses to go into assisted living. Ask them to help you move her. They will.
