Any help to care for my disabled daughter at home who has mental retardation?

My daughter she is 52 years old, but she is mentally 5 years old. her father pass away on August 21 and I, mother, I have to go work every day since 7 AM to 7 PM and Violette is unable to stay alone at home without assistance care.

At this time, she has AVMED Health Insurance from State Employee, but in 3 years probably wil have Medicare o Medicaid, because never she worked she's unable to do it. How much does will cost for me at this time? What financial aide Violette is able to receive to pay you service? She understand only French.
