A family member is going into a nursing home in Bury St. Edmunds. Any reviews?

He has the option of going to Risby Hall, Cornwallis or Pinfod End. I have searched the internet but can't find any reviews or useful inside information on them.
Please help.

What country? Obviously not the US. Assuming it is the UK, the NHS should have annual reports available for review. Your district nurse may be willing to give you opinions, off the record of course.
