Agencies who care for people with Alzheimer's and Medicaid covers. Any advice?

My mom has Alzheimer's disease 8 years ago, she has Medicare and Medicaid recently brought her to live with me from California to Florida to care for her. I've heard that there are agencies that if I need to take care of me my mom one day I call and send me a person and that Medicaid covers. Anyone know about this? What should I do to apply for this service if I have a doctor turn to me and I have no one to leave my mom? This is all new to me. Thank you.
