I need a good geriatric social worker in the Harrisburg, PA West or East shore area. Any recommendations?

My 83 year old mother really needs a safety evaluation (mental and physical) to see what her needs may be, independent vs assisted living). She is having dependency issues, insecurity, anxiety and loneliness, in addition to medication changes/monitoring.
