Also is the any help for paying for my in home oxygen other than Medicare. I only make 10000 a year and my pay for oxygen is $500 a year with Medicare. Can't get Medicaid cause I make $20 a month to much. Could someone help me

And apparently my answer posted twice? Weird! Ah, but that's the internet for you.

As for the ad you mentioned in your question, do you have pop-up ads blocked on your internet browser? You should be able to go to your browser's settings or tools menu and turn on the pop-up blocker. That should stop those annoying ads.

You might not qualify for your state's Medicaid medical insurance program, but your state may have something called a Medicare Savings Program, which may have different financial eligibility guidelines than the medical program. The Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) help low-income Medicare beneficiaries pay their Medicare Part B costs (oxygen treatment falls under Part B). Your income is probably around $833/month- in Washington state, your income would likely qualify you for the MSP: Qualified Medicare Beneficiary Program, which would pay your Part B premium of $104.90 each month, would pay your Part B deductible of $147 per year, and any Part B copays or coinsurance. Definitely worth looking into in your state!

I'd recommend calling your nearest Senior Information & Assistance office to see if they can screen you for an MSP. If you're not sure where to find that number, you can try this website: www.eldercare.gov - it's a trustworthy website which lets you search by city & state or ZIP code for resources in your area. (also ask them about Extra Help through Social Security, which helps pay Part D costs for low-income Medicare beneficiaries).
