How would I go about obtaining monies for caring for my elderly friend?

The state of AZ pays to be a caregiver to elderly in need. My daughter and I have been temporarily been staying with her Godmother who otherwise would be alone and she has congestive heart failure, has had 3 heart attacks, broke her back in June of last year and has since not been able to get around as well .She has a hard time getting up from sitting , often needing help and has just been informed needs to go through dialysis. I have been providing transportation, compassion and care that is requested/needed. I would like to know what I need to do to be a paid caregiver by the state of Arizona.
