Do you need an Elder Care attorney?

I created my parents' Living Wills using mine as a guide (which was done by an attorney). Are there forms such as the Healthcare and Financial POAs available online? I'm afraid what an ElderCare Attorney would cost.

Thank you.

Look for a book at your local library or online for products provided by NOLO. You can't go wrong there.

I'm sure there are, you might want to check with your state to see how they are honored. Be sure that you get these documents notarized at your bank or other notary.

Many state bar associations (and regional bar associations) coordinate pro-bono and also low-cost attorneys (i.e. $65-$75 per hour). Investigate by calling your state's bar association for low-cost. A good attorney is worth their weight in gold (and platinum, too)! happy hunting, happy research
