How do I get someone to visit my dad for alcohol abuse counseling at his assisted living home?

He is a severe alcoholic but is considered a "dry drunk" now. My sisters and I just moved him into assisted living in sun prairie, Wi and they don't offer treatment. Is there a place that offers volunteer visits once a week perhaps to come talk with my dad? Perhaps a veteran? Thanks so much!
