I'm a 44 year old men and starting to have problems with memory.

I cant remember things that have been asked of me. You can give me my answers in the morning and by night time I have already forgotten what was asked of me. I can not comprehend the question or answer or forget what was asked of me

Blannie is right. Have a thorough check-up and tell the doctor your concerns.

Print this out and tape it to your bathroom mirror or your computer screen until you have made the appointment!

6ixpack get yourself to the doctor and get a full physical workup. There could be a ton of reasons for your memory lapses (depression, stress, vitamin deficiencies, medication side effects), many of which are treatable. If all of that comes back OK, then start checking out your cognitive abilities with a neurologist. Don't get yourself worried before you've gotten some good information about what is going on. It could be something totally treatable with some lifestyle changes or medication. Keep us posted - we care!
