Can I have POA over both my mother and my father?

I have an older brother, who is listed first, but he does not want to do it. I already have POA over my mom. I am listed second for my dad, can I do it for him too?

Thanks!

as long as your brother has not objections; you can act as the POA if you are listed.

Yes, I was POA for both my mom and dad (now just my mom, since my dad is gone). No issues with it that I know of. An attorney prepared the paperwork for us (in Illinois). I can't imagine what the issue would be.
