If my 92 yr old mom lives with my sister full time (another has her POA) who decides how much to pay my sister for being caregiver?

POA has put mother in five different homes in the past two years all family poa is like Myrtle's lawyer. Mother is now in brothers house with sitter who has had no background check. Her and her unemployed live in is unknown to any of the other nine brothers and sister. Mom calls crying every day begging us to come get her . What do we do. My sister the POA sold all mothers belongings and is now selling her home. Mother has some short term memory loss.

I answered on another question you started, but reading this another option you would have is to contact adult protective services if you have strong reason to believe and a little evidence that mom is being mistreated. I'm not familiar with the phrase "Myrtle's lawyer..."

You should use the search in the top right corner of home page to look up paying caregiver..Not every state allows it if you are applying or on medicaid.
