CONGRATS ON YOUR 26 YEARS! Now go get married! My spouse and I have been together for 10 years and just went to Washington to get married. SSDI recognizes our marriage and my stepdaughter (an infant) is considered a dependent as far as SSDI is considered. My spouse would also be eligible if she survives me.
