Can a nursing home drop off a loved one who is bed ridden at a relatives door step for not paying?

The nursing home administrator has threatened to drop off our dad at our door step if we do not make a payment. We are trying to sell his house to pay the nursing home but he is not willing to wait.
And there is no money to pay. and Medicaid will not help because he owns a house which we can not sell in this Florida market

Federal and State Laws allow eviction for only 6 specific reasons.
1. The resident’s needs have changed and the
nursing home can’t meet the resident’s needs
anymore.
2. The resident’s health has improved and doesn’t
need the services of a nursing home anymore.
3. The resident’s stay in the nursing home endangers
the health of others.
4. The resident’s stay in the nursing home endangers
the safety of others.
5. The resident has not paid for his or her stay at
the nursing home after being given reasonable
notice of nonpayment.
6. The nursing home stops operating and closes.
Due to your circumstance, you would be advised to seek an elder care lawyer.
