Paperless contracts with health care company. Should I call the lawyer?

We are trying to get help for Mom to come in (nurse, pt, ot and whatever else is needed). They have people sign their name on the nurses' (pt, ot) cell phone. There is absolutely no copy given. I am wondering what could be on their documentation that I will never know about because I never received a hard copy of the transaction. Anyone else have any experience such as this? One would not know if there was a clause accessing finances or anything else. I think it is highly reasonable to have a copy of the paper work when you have a contract with someone for services. Should I call the lawyer? We do have one.
