Dad is in a NH now and will start Medicaid in a few weeks. Mom's at home. She needs to pay the NH a certain amt. monthly. Does NH bill her??

Or, does the money get transferred right out of their checking acct? Cant get a hold of anyone at the NH office!! THank you!
