My uncle has dementia, my auntie is sick and scared, what is the next step to help them? Where do I start,?

In addition to the questions from Eyerishlass, it would help to know the nature of aunty's sickness. Is this chronic, or something she is likely to recover from?

Well......is this your mom or your dad's brother/sister/in-law? Do you have family support? Do your aunt and uncle have kids of their own who can help? Do your aunt and uncle live alone? Do you live nearby? What do you want to do for them? People can make better suggestions if you're comfortable giving a little more information.
