Aricept and Namenda. What are some side effects?

Mom has taken Aricept for a little more that a year. She just started Namenda 10 days ago. She is MORE disoriented that before. I looked it up on the Internet and it says that this will go away in about a month. Can anyone assure me that this will happen? I'm worried that it won't.
