Can a person with primary progressive aphasia with dementia also have Parkinson's disease?

Thank you all, I'll have to see about meds for her shakiness, Its hard enough for her not being able to speak and walk and all the rest , the shaking is really upsetting for her.

There seems to be a connection w/ Alzheimer's and depression as well w/ Parkinson's.

The sad answer is yes. I 've heard it called Parkinson's plus. Parkinson's effects the dopamine producing cells in the brain.
