What am I going to do with my life when she's gone?

I'm 26 years old and have been taking care of my great grandmother for the last 7 years. She's 91 year old and in the late stages of Alzheimer's. I have no post high school education, have never had a real job, and I'm legally blind due to my albinism. With the job market currently the way it is I don't see much of a future for myself, especially with the amount of people who have college degrees who are also unemployed.
