My husband with dementia needs to be in a Nursing Home now. He receives Aid/Attendance from the VA. Will he still get this after being admitted to the NH?

My husband who has Dementia needs to be in a Nursing Home now, as I am the only caregiver for him and I am so depressed after 3/4 years of doing everything for him that I feel he is not getting the care he needs. He now receives Aid/Attendance from the VA. Will he still get this after being admitted to the NH? We do not receive enough Social Security to pay for his care and for me to live on.
