I live in NC in the Charlotte area. Can anyone recommend an attorney?

I already have a DPOA but I am unclear how much authority I have unless my mother is actually declared incompetent. My drug addicted sister has moved back in and it is a bad situation. I need to get her out of the house, against my mother's wishes of course, but can I legally do that?
