My father wants to pay for my daughter's college tuition for last 2 years. He may have to go into a nursing home within the year. Can he pay for her tuition or would there be a problem with this and the nursing home?

The NH won't care what he did with his money -- Medicaid will. Does he need to apply for Medicaid in order to afford NH?
