My sister had Power of Attorney for my dad and now he is $90,000 in debt and has nothing left but social security. What do I do about his debt?

I am getting his income back..What do I do about the debt? He has nothing left just social security.

I'm afraid you'll need to take legal action here. An elder law attorney may be able to help you. Good luck - this is ugly.
