What should be done about adult children who are in denial about their parent's Alzheimer's Disease?

I am a parent who has children like this and I post on face book what I need to say because they also go on FaceBook. I am doing good with their denial and here is why,I have seen my wife at her best and now it is the beginning of the worse Like the vows we took fifty-two years ago,love honer and take care of each other till death do us part
