Some states have a program called Community Cares Services Program (CCSP) that gets funding through the state Medicaid funds. Of course, the recipient has to be financially eligible, or pay a co-payment, but hopefully that won't be an issue. Try your state Dept or Division of Aging, your local Area Agency on Aging or your local Dept of Family and Children Services. Good luck and God bless.
