Eldon-The person to give POA-is one that you fully trust in making decisions for you-wheter it be health or financial. or both..As mentioned to me-this person does not even have to be a relative, but someone you feel comfortable in taking over the responsibility if and when the time arises. Keep in mind-POA is something that can always be changed if need be, and is not set in stone.
