I am going to be spending every day caring for my grandmother, I have heard the government will pay me like a job, where do I go?

If any knows a definitive answer to this, please share it. I have heard that if a person is in need of daily care, that we, as family members, can be the ones to recieve the money paid by medicare for that care, but I have not been able to fiquire out how to go about that.
