How much would it cost to have a dementia patient in day care 3 times a week?

You need to contact department of aging in your state and have them send you a list of adult day care,better yet call the Alzheimers Assoc, and the will connect you with your local branch who can send you a better list, they will send from the lowest cost to the most expensive, but I tell you its not cheap! or convient with your work schedule if you do work. I you dont and just need a break then you will be fine
