Is there a nursing home or care facility that will take both of my parents on Medicaid?

Both of our parents are alive. They both live in New York. All three of their children live in other states. My mom has Alzheimers and is being cared for 24/7 with the little money they have left. My father is in a skilled nursing facility and we've recently applied for Medicaid for him. Now we have to figure out if we can place them in a home which cares for both of them. Are there nursing homes or care facilities which will take both on medicaid?
