Can a sibling override another sibling’s choice in a nursing home?

I would like to know this too. My family seems content to leave my grandma in a nursing home for the rest of her life and my mom and I have no say on the choice of home. I am not satisfied with where grandma is at. What can I do??

What is happening, and what do you want to accomplish? Not sure what you mean override... Do you mean "if" someone should go, or "where" they should go. Who's responsible for making the decisions, and why is there a discrepancy?
