I have plenty of siblings, but none of them offer me relief from caring for mom. How can I get a break?

I have 9 siblings who could help me caring for my mom. Only one willingly gives her time and help. Most of them live within a reasonable distance but they all come up with reasons why they won't or can't help. I am getting so very frustrated and am to the point of just dumping all the bills on them and telling them Mom is their responsibility now. I have my own health issues that are largely ignored by other family members. At the end of my rope. Any ideas out there?

Here's how our expert caregiver handled a similar situation in her family. Hope it helps... https://www.agingcare.com/Answers/How-can-I-get-my-passive-sibling-to-help-me-with-the-care-of-our-elderly-parents-104968.htm
