Arizona probate laws.

Have you talked to your County Probate office?

Not sure what they can do unless it was the POA who did the fraud. Then you probably need lots of proof and a lawyer. If the person who was frauded is gone, the Executor can ask for financial records from the POA. If its not the POA but someone else, then the Executor would need to go after them using the estate money? This is just my opinion.

Your asking after probate law would indicate that this elder, who apparently was defrauded in your opinion, has now passed. If that's the case it is likely too late to bring suit. Your best step forward may be to consult a probate attorney with your question. If you feel that buying an hour of attorney time for questions and options is worth the price.
