In my community, a suburb of Denver, Colorado, there is a place called Dave's locker. It's run by volunteers. It takes in donations of used medical supplies and devices...usually donated after a love one has died. They refurbish them. They are then made available to the community at large, for free. It might be worth checking to see if something similar is in your community.
This isn't a forum to sell goods since it is global.
Your best option is to call local charities that run thrift stores to see if they will come pick up the bed and mattress. Or, you can try to sell it on craigslist or Nextdoor.com. Salvation Army would probably come get it.
