I used to use a site that had live chatrooms for caregivers in all situations, not just for the elderly or dementia, etc. It's not moderated but the people were always very friendly. Unfortunately, that site closed and I just found out it has been re-opened at another location. If anyone feels like it, feel free to drop in. This is NOT an advertisement or scam. Just another place to get suggestions, support, a laugh or two and kindred spirits all going through similar situations in life.
It is not moderated and should not be considered a place for emergencies at all. It's a friendly drop in and have a nice chat kind of place for folks in our situations.
