Off topic: site problems, avatars not showing up in color.

This started this morning. My avatar and others, are being shown only in the same theme colors of the site, but this has varied from the avatar in the right hand corner only, to all the avatars on all posts.

Sometimes color returns after a minute or so, but now, the only color I see is that of my morning glory and little bumble bee on the masthead. All others are the sort of turquoise and white of the forum.

This is only happening here, so I don't think it's my computer.

Sorry, now that I've posted, some are showing up in variegated colors, but it's taken a minute or so. Maybe there's a problem with site loading?

(I've chosen the category only b/c it's remotely related. The absence of color variation is really bothering my eyes.)
