If you end up needing to get Medicaid for your parent do they lose their main insurance coverage?

If you end up needing to get Medicaid for your parent do they lose their main insurance coverage..in this case Medicare and aarp?

No they keep Medicare. Medicaid pays for everything even dental and eye care. Parent will not need AARP once Medicaid takes over.

Don't quote me but i believe with medicaid you don't have any medical expences so would not need medicare and the supplimentary
